Complaints are registered on the basis of an 8D report. Root cause analyses are carried out according to a 5-Why analysis in order to rule out repeated errors. With the aid of product and process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analyses), hazards are detected and removed in advance. A CIP programme helps to further secure processes.

Our corporate, personnel and product hygiene is safeguarded and monitored by way of an HACCP concept.

As the manufacturer of primary food packaging, we are of course certified according to the BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials. And our corporate processes are audited and certified according to ISO 9001:2015 at regular intervals.
